How This Stays Current

A living resource only works if it's maintained. Every page shows when it was last updated and whether it's a draft, and the content is easy to revise.

How This Stays Current

A resource that claims to be “living” has to prove it. Here’s how this one stays trustworthy over time.

What you’ll see on every page

  • Last updated — the date the page was last touched, so you can judge how fresh it is.
  • Status — a label showing whether a page is a draft, a working draft, or published, so you know how settled the guidance is.

How it’s maintained

  • Content is plain Markdown. Each page is a simple, portable file, which keeps it easy to revise and impossible to lock into any one tool.
  • One source of truth per topic. We link rather than duplicate, so an update in one place doesn’t leave stale copies elsewhere.
  • We date our changes. Revising a page means updating its “last updated” date — small discipline, big payoff in trust.

It will grow

This resource starts with office move-in, but it’s designed to expand into the broader work of running a great workplace over time. Pages will be added, sharpened, and reorganized as we learn — including from people who’ve just lived through their own opening. If something here helped, or should exist and doesn’t, tell us on the Feedback page.
