Building Rules Summary

After you’ve run the Property Manager Intake Questions, you’ll have a pile of answers. This is where they live: a single page that turns scattered replies into the rules your whole team — and every vendor — can work from.

What it’s for

So nobody has to re-ask the property manager, and nobody guesses. Movers, IT, and furniture vendors all need the same handful of facts — when can we work, what certificate of insurance (COI), how do we get in. Capture them once, share the page, and stop relaying rules one text at a time.

How to use it

  1. Fill it in from your PM’s answers and any building handbook.
  2. Mark anything still unknown — an unknown rule is a risk, not a blank to ignore.
  3. Share it with every vendor in your Vendor Directory, and link it from your command center.

Tips

  • One page, shared link. If it’s longer than a page, it won’t get read — keep it tight.
  • Date it. Rules and contacts change; note when you last confirmed them.
  • Unknowns are open items. Move every blank into your Open-Item Tracker with an owner.
